Thomas Schulz, Founder
Thomas spent over 10 years in the software industry. Most recently, Thomas ran M&A at Opentext, one of the most successful publicly traded software consolidators. Prior to Opentext, he founded, operated and sold TalentDesk, a small SaaS company in the HR space. Thomas was also a General Manager at Sitecore and ran Corporate Development at Informatica. Earlier in his career, Thomas worked at Hewlett-Packard and Deloitte. Thomas works with Brightvision on deal evaluation and execution.
Terry Johnes, Managing Director
Terry is responsible for deal sourcing and business development. Prior to joining Brightvision Partners, Terry worked with early stage SaaS companies.
At Brightvision, Terry focuses on deal origination, operations, and running our executive partnership program.
Kalpesh Savla, Executive Partner
Kalpesh is Founder and CEO of Silicon Valley based Neova Tech Solutions, a product acceleration services company with focus on Cloud, IoT and Mobile Solutions. A serial entrepreneur and tech visionary, Kalpesh has co-founded multiple startups and has played senior roles at leading Bay Area technology companies. He holds an MBA from Babson College, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and holds 4 technology patents to his name.
Martin Hack, Executive Partner
Martin is a serial entrepreneur, CEO, board chairman and product guy who likes working with fast paced, high performance teams. Martin was the Founder and CEO of Skytree (acquired by InfoSys), a venture-backed Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Company. Prior to Skytree, Martin was an executive at SonicWall (acquired by Dell), GreenBorder (acquired by Google) and Sun Microsystems (acquired by Oracle). Martin has gained a reputation for his hands-on approach towards figuring out product-market fit, establish thought leadership and assemble rockstar teams.
Chris Plasser, Executive Partner
Chris is currently Global Head of E&Y Ventures where he leads a portfolio of internally developed software products across professional service lines globally. Prior to E&Y, held general management roles at eBay, PayPal, Yahoo, and Adobe, primarily leading product teams creating web and mobile applications and complex back-end systems. At eBay, he owned and operated a portfolio of products incl. RedLaser, the leading mobile shopping & product search app with 32M+ users. At PayPal, he directed product strategy and development of PayPal's next gen tech stack now powering anything from 3rd party apps like Uber to PayPal's own Mobile app.
